Let’s get one thing straight: not everyone who walks into this tournament is a contender. Most of you? Pretenders, at best. This is a double-elimination tournament, which means you get two shots to prove you belong—or two chances to show everyone why you don’t. The real contenders will rise, and the pretenders? Well, they’ll make great examples of what not to do.

We’re keeping registration open right up until the start because we like to watch the overconfident crawl in at the last second, thinking they’ve got what it takes. Spoiler alert: they usually don’t. Oh, and don’t forget your phone—XP Network is running things, and without it, you won’t even know how fast you’re falling out of this competition.
